clean room prosecco bottle luggage storage

The twin room i had was clean. it included some chocolates and a bottle of prosecco that they offered. arianny at reception agreed to store my luggage and my friend's luggage. We appreciated her kindness.

tiny room cramped bathroom

the location near paddington station was certainly convenient.

The room was small. There was barely enough space to move around. the bathroom was also tiny. It felt quite cramped. i was really disappointed with the lack of space, especially considering the price paid.

the location was great near paddington station. staff were mostly helpful, i guess.

The room was small. We booked an executive king room, but it felt more like a cramped single. the bathroom was worse. It was so tiny. i could barely turn around, and the train vibrations made it hard to sleep at night.

excellent location friendly staff

the location was excellent, very close to Paddington station for train and bus connections. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially with directions. i found the room to be clean and well-equipped (i appreciated the complimentary toiletries). the breakfast at benny's restaurant met my needs each morning.

i found the room to be quite small. the noise from the nearby station was noticeable at times (earplugs helped).
