Excellent Stay and Convenient Location

The room was quiet despite facing the street. I appreciated this a lot. The staff arranged for my room to be on an upper floor. This was perfect. The bed was comfortable, giving me the best sleep I have had away from home. It was wonderful.
The room was smaller than I anticipated, especially considering the category of this place.

the room was clean and the bed was comfortable it met my basic needs.
the family room felt small and accessing it was a maze involving corridors and stairs the staff seemed indifferent or untrained a lack of interest was apparent. the breakfast quality fell short of expectations tables weren't ready tea milk and staff attention were missing.

I appreciated the helpful and pleasant staff . The room size was good, and I found it to be very clean. The heating system was easily adjustable, and I liked that the windows could be opened. The location was perfect, close to many attractions.
I found the wooden floor a bit creaky.

The room was clean the water pressure in the shower was good.
The air conditioning did not work properly I had to ask repeatedly for someone to look at it. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing the issue I felt ignored. The room felt stuffy and uncomfortable the temperature was difficult to regulate.

The location I found super convenient, near to major attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with directions and recommendations. Complimentary water and a fridge was available in the room. The air conditioning worked well, keeped me comfortable.
The room size I booked seemed smaller than advertised. the bathroom felt a bit cramped, especially the shower area. The breakfast was expensive.
