the location worked really well for seeing the shows. the breakfast had a good variety of options available. i found the staff helpful. i also appreciated the comfortable beds.
my room overlooked a noisy pub. it had very bright lights and the blind did not completely block this light. i also noticed cracks in the wall.

The hotel is in a favorite area of mine. The location allowed easy access to many attractions. The staff were also very kind. Breakfast included a wide selection of foods.
I found a lightbulb missing in the corridor, a very slight issue.

the breakfast had a good selection and the staff were helpful.
the lift was quite small it caused a lot of waiting time. my first room had water coming through broken window frames the wall and curtains were getting soaked. the duty manager seemed to expect me to accept the situation i had to insist on a room change.

the staff was friendly and helpful with directions.
the room was smaller than expected (and i'm not a large guy). the noise level was a real problem, with constant sounds from the hallway. on top of that, the breakfast service was understaffed, resulting in long queues each morning. (it made me almost skip it).
