the lift was quite small it caused a lot of waiting time. my first room had water coming through broken window frames the wall and curtains were getting soaked. the duty manager seemed to expect me to accept the situation i had to insist on a room change.

the staff was friendly and helpful with directions.
the room was smaller than expected (and i'm not a large guy). the noise level was a real problem, with constant sounds from the hallway. on top of that, the breakfast service was understaffed, resulting in long queues each morning. (it made me almost skip it).
