the staff was friendly they arranged a taxi for me the location was excellent with many food options nearby the toiletries were of great quality it was nice to find these little details.

The location was convenient, close to many attractions (only a few minutes walk to charing cross). our room was quiet. Triple-pane glass kept the noise out. i found the staff cute and helpful. having a kitchenette was quite useful.
the digital presentation created slightly higher expectations than the actual premises offered, but it was still a good stay.
