the room had a good size with big windows. i found a kitchenette also, it had tap water with a brita filter. the beds are confortable, i slept very well.
i found the premises were not in line with the price.

professional service warm welcome great dedication
The staff was very nice. They were so cute from the very start! they consistently provided professional service , i always reminded me of they were paying attention to what i needed. the service was so excellent i rebooked my stay immediately! their dedication.
the premises felt a little off compared to the price and online pictures though.

friendly staff food options price level digital presentation
the staff was friendly they arranged a taxi for me the location was excellent with many food options nearby the toiletries were of great quality it was nice to find these little details.
the premises were not in line with the price level i thought that the digital presentation did not match the actual look i was expecting more for the price i paid and it was a little bit disappointing

the LOCATION was acceptable for getting around.
the room felt small. a BOTTLE of wine was promised but i never received it. this place also has no restaurant or bar service. it seemed like something was MISSING.

comfortable beds filtered water separated beds
The staff separated twin beds by a foot, it created a better feel. beds were really comfortable. I slept soundly. i especially enjoyed the filtered water available in the room.
i noticed the premises did not completely match the price i paid.

convenient location quiet room helpful staff useful kitchenette
The location was convenient, close to many attractions (only a few minutes walk to charing cross). our room was quiet. Triple-pane glass kept the noise out. i found the staff cute and helpful. having a kitchenette was quite useful.
the digital presentation created slightly higher expectations than the actual premises offered, but it was still a good stay.
