I adored my room. It was very spacious. i especially appreciated the beautiful pool (a real oasis!). the breakfast was great, and the location was so convenient for getting around.
i had some issues with unexpected additional charges on my final bill. it's important to be vigilant at check-in to avoid surprises.

Staff helped me with all my requests. My room had a washing machine and a full kitchen. I used the bus stop right outside to get to various places. The Young V&A museum is very close.
The male changing facilities had some debris at the bottom.

the pool was lovely, and my children did enjoy it much. the breakfast was quite delicious and there was so many things to choose. the staff were all super friendly and helpful, i liked that.
the room was like a sauna, very hot. i was given a cheap iron which was faulty, it burned a hole in my wedding jacket. the bed was smaller than i expected, the website said it would be extra large.
