The location was acceptable.
The room did not align with the pictures I saw online. I thought the executive studio I paid for would be closer to the images. I was told that isn't guaranteed. I expected better for the price. The lack of transparency about the room was irritating.

I found the serviced apartments excellently located. the staff seemed really friendly and helpful. The apartments had a superb finish. It seemed mind blowing. i would stay at this fraser building again based on location and quality.
the hotel lacked air conditioning, so the room felt VERY hot.

The reception provided luggage storage before the official check-in time at 4 pm. That was helpful. coffee was freely available in the lobby, and the staff supplied water and coffee once , which i appreciated.

The kitchen had every appliance one would need, including a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, coffee machine, and boiler. fresh towels looked every two days, and they completed a full cleaning every four days. I found this schedule suitable.

the hotel sits next to canary wharf, and the tube station is only a short walk away. it felt safe to walk back at night! shops, restaurants and malls are also nearby.

I liked the convenient location. The tube was a short walk away. I felt safe walking around at night. The apartment was well-equipped. It had everything I needed.
I did not have hot water. I told the staff, but no one came to check it. I found this unacceptable!
