the staff was very cute! the room was spacious. it had everything i needed, including a welcome note and some cookies. the little touches were really nice and appreciated. the location is also great for the museums.

i booked a premium king room and i was in the back alley of the ground floor.

The staff showed genuine kindness. A power converter was available . breakfast offered a nice variety of options. Everything tasted well prepared.

The shower temperature did not change, remaining at 38 degrees. the shower door was only half-sized. This allowed water to splash onto the entire bathroom floor.

I found the staff consistently polite and helpful. The hotel's location is convenient. It is close to transit options. I appreciated the room. It was spacious. The bedding felt very comfortable (I slept soundly!).
