The location is conveniently close to the underground station. The staff was cute and professional. The bathroom was excellent and included necessary amenities.

This made transporting luggage difficult. The room itself was quite small. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room adequately.

the room was clean. it had good furnishings that looked new. there was little sign of wear and tear. the location is great with walking distance to victoria station.

My room was in the basement and it was effectively windowless. i would have appreciated being warned of this. i could hear noise from outside. It bothered me. also, the accommodation was noisy.

The room was clean and featured lovely decor. Bathroom facilities included shampoo and a hairdryer. The beds were soft. The room was cleaned daily, a definite plus for maintaining a fresh environment.

I found there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. There was also an extra charge to store my bag, and it wasn't even in a secure area. It was added to a pile in an open hallway which was not ideal.

the hotel location was amazing! it was quiet and near victoria station. the bathroom was really good. i appreciated the shower options and the wash products provided. the bed was quite comfortable. the room really did have everything i needed.

the carpet inside my room looked a bit dirty. also the linens felt a bit itchy for some reason. it was a shame because everything else was lovely. a small chair would have also been useful.

the location was quite convenient with victoria station nearby it was easy to get around the area. my room had a nice shower head with good water pressure. the hotel provided clean towels daily, which i appreciated.

my room was quite small, and there was not much space to move around. there were stains on the carpet, it made me hesitant to take my shoes off.
