The room was very clean. I especially liked the air conditioning. It was easy to control the temperature. The complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise. I didn't realize it was included. The staff were friendly and delivered anything I requested quickly.

The bathroom was a bit small, but manageable.

The staff were awesome and helpful. They attended to my needs at all times of the day. The location was fabulous, especially being next to the Elizabeth Line (it made getting around so easy!).
