super clean room public transport great restaurant soft bed late check-in small room

the room was super clean and included everything i needed for my stay. public transport was easily accessible , a great benefit. i appreciated the proximity to many restaurants nearby.

the bed in the room was quite soft , i personally prefer a firmer bed. the check in time at 4pm is late. i think the photos of the rooms are deceiving because the rooms are a lot smaller than they appear.

a fantastic stay

modern hotel vibrant location security guards safe feeling

i found a modern, new hotel, rare. its location is vibrant, near many top restaurants and cafés. the neighbourhood felt young and diverse. i especially felt safe because there were three security guards at the reception during the evening.

i was a bit disappointed that the bed in my room was quite soft. personally, i prefer a firmer mattress.

the front desk staff were really helpful, especially when i needed help with a tricky uber situation on my departure day. the team was friendly and accommodating. their quick and professional reaction to my special requests.

i was really happy to have a kitchenette, it was great for making my own breakfast and the occasional meal. the hotel is also surrounded by great restaurants and cafés. there is even a health food store right next door!!!

the room included a kitchen, a kettle, a toaster, and a fridge. the staff was helpful and very friendly. the location is near public transport options. the bar and restaurant onsite was a nice addition.

the gym is small and requires time slot reservations due to its size. there were not many options in it.

The location was fantastic. I reached my event at White Hart Lane easily. The hotel is also in a very interesting area. It was easy to walk to Whitechapel, Spitalfields, and Hackney. The room was great. I appreciated the small kitchen and seating area. I was able to store my luggage after checkout. This helped me get more out of my day.

The WiFi was a little complicated. I wish there was a QR code in the room.

dusty room insufficient bin

The room was adequately sized for a single traveler and had some useful facilities.

I was very disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. There was dust throughout the room. The bin in the kitchen was very small, more like a food container, it was not sufficient. It's unfortunate, because the noise from nearby bars made it difficult to sleep, too.

The studio disability access room was well-equipped. I noted a lowered sink and accessible features throughout. the location was convenient. I found multiple public transport options nearby! the staff was attentive. I was impressed by their quick responses to my questions. the soundproofing was effective. I slept soundly despite the bustling area outside.

I noticed a small scuff mark on the hallway wall. It barely detracted from the overall pristine condition though.
