inadequate soundproofing unresponsive staff

The breakfast selection was quite extensive with a variety of options prepared fresh.

The soundproofing was inadequate, causing considerable disturbance from street activity late into the night. I also found the staff unresponsive when I raised concerns about the noise and requested assistance.

excellent food helpful service poor insulation traffic noise

The rooftop restaurant offered excellent food. The staff delivered super service, they were very helpful.

The rooms has very poor acoustic insulation. I could hear everything that happens outside, traffic and people talking woke me up.
