great location friendly staff convenient connection
I found the hotel to be in a great location near Victoria Station. The public transport connections were very convenient to access many sights. The hotel provided everything I needed, and the staff were friendly and helpful .
The bathroom offered very little counter space and few electrical outlets.

comfortable bed helpful staff missing kettle no water
the room was very clean and quiet with a lovely comfortable bed. the shower was EXCELLENT! I found the staff very friendly and helpful.
there was no kettle in the room. also there was no complimentary water available, which i found disappointing

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room featured convenient amenities like automated curtains and lighting controls. The shower area was spacious. The thermostat was simple. Changes require returning to the home screen for them to take effect.
I found very little counter space in the bathroom, and there were no electrical outlets available.

underwhelming stay

the staff at the front desk was helpful during check-in.
The room felt smaller than anticipated. I had difficulty navigating with my luggage. the digital controls were confusing. I couldn't adjust the room temperature consistently. it was annoying to deal with the lighting system as well.
