Wonderful Stay Thanks to the Staff!

I really liked the location as it was convenient. I found it easy to access the underground station nearby. The local area had good options for food and drinks at reasonable prices. I will probably stay here again.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, especially when I needed directions. Milton was very helpful, frank, and forthright, I am so grateful. The reception is open 24/7. This made check-in and check-out seamless.

The Standard Double Room was really clean. Fluffy towels were provided daily . The room included a kettle and tea and coffee, which I found quite useful after a long day of sightseeing. The room also had Wi-Fi.

The room included tea and coffee making supplies. I found the front desk reception staff very helpful. Breakfast is served in a spacious lower level room with a buffet style set-up. The location of the hotel is excellent for accessing transport links.
The temperature of the showers was not adjustable and the rooms felt small.

The front desk provided assistance with directions. Staff members were available 24/7. I was grateful for their attentiveness in addressing my inquiries and requests promptly throughout my stay.

Breakfast offered choices. There was a buffet with both sweet and savory selections. I could choose fresh fruit juice. Coffee service was also available during breakfast hours.

The hotel is a short walk to the train station. I found many nearby restaurants and pubs. The surroundings felt safe for walking at night. Public transport access is easy from this spot.
