an okay stay, but could improve
good locationroom noise
the location was quite good, really close to the metro.
the room wasnt soundproofed, so i heard noises from other rooms, specially above mine, and from the corridor. it wasnt really ideal after a long day.

The location is convenient near the tube station. My room included air conditioning. This was great for climate control. The room also had a fridge (very useful for storing drinks).
The shower required stepping into a high-sided bath, a challenge.

The twin room included a modern tv. it also featured complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. the staff were friendly and efficient at check-in. breakfast offered a good variety. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit.

the location really rocks because it is near earls court station. that station provides direct lines to heathrow i find that so convenient. my room was surprisingly quiet and i not sketchy at all walking around. i especially liked how helpful everyone on staff was.
my room seemed smaller than i saw online, so its a little bit deceiving. i would have liked a bit more space especially for my luggage. its a shame because everything else felt perfect!

the breakfast area features multiple options like continental selections and cooked meals. the breakfast menu gives many good selections and there is staff who are always ready for orders. its quite the selection i did find.

the reception operates twenty four hours i was glad. staff can help with transport and restaurant advice i needed this. plus, rooms include good amenities it reminded me of a steal.
