small roomcramped feeling
The room was quite small , and frankly , it felt cramped with all my luggage. the shower was TINY. I could barely turn around. it REALLY bothered me because i expected more space for the price i paid.

The staff were helpful at my arrival.
My room was on the fourth floor and accessible only by very narrow staircases. These stairs would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.
