The room felt quite stuffy. I noticed the air conditioning did not seem to function properly, and despite adjustments, the temperature remained too high. the promised daily room service was inconsistent. One day it was thorough, another day, it was just a quick tidy (this was frustrating).

The room was large and it had comfortable bed. I appreciated the proximity to both the metro and bus lines! The room included a kitchen and a hairdryer. That was a bonus. Amenities.
The TV required some effort to get working. That was a minor annoyance.

Reception was consistently staffed, a real comfort to know assistance was always available. Staff members showed helpfulness and courtesy, addressing my needs promptly and with a smile. The front desk ensured check-in was smooth and efficient.

The area felt quite safe. That was reassuring when walking back late. Food options abounded nearby. It was easy to find from the station! though the parking was expensive.

the room had a convenient kitchenette. it included facilities for making tea and coffee. the location was good , with grocery stores nearby. the staff were friendly and allowed me to drop off luggage early.
the front desk was not always attended. i had to wait a few times for someone to appear. the room felt a bit dark. the wood floors seemed dusty.
