Acceptable, but Some Issues
faulty air conditioning inconsistent room service
The room felt quite stuffy. I noticed the air conditioning did not seem to function properly, and despite adjustments, the temperature remained too high. the promised daily room service was inconsistent. One day it was thorough, another day, it was just a quick tidy (this was frustrating).

Surprisingly great experience!
large room comfortable bed metro proximity convenient amenities
The room was large and it had comfortable bed. I appreciated the proximity to both the metro and bus lines! The room included a kitchen and a hairdryer. That was a bonus. Amenities.
The TV required some effort to get working. That was a minor annoyance.
Service
9/10
Reception was consistently staffed, a real comfort to know assistance was always available. Staff members showed helpfulness and courtesy, addressing my needs promptly and with a smile. The front desk ensured check-in was smooth and efficient.
Rooms
8/10
The air conditioning worked effectively, maintaining a consistent temperature in the room. Cleanliness was evident throughout the room. Housekeeping seemed thorough. A big plus, the room facilities worked perfectly.
Location
10/10
The area felt quite safe. That was reassuring when walking back late. Food options abounded nearby. It was easy to find from the station! though the parking was expensive.
Dining
9/10
The surrounding area offers many restaurants, a big advantage for food lovers. Supermarkets are also nearby. I saw both fast food chains and high-end restaurants.
