train noise terrible pillows

the staff were friendly and accommodating when i arrived.

The noise was bothersome. I could hear a train going past. there was no discount on breakfast (i did get 30% off lunch though). the pillows were terrible and affected my sleep.

large room fresh towels discounted prices accomodating staff

The room was large. I appreciated it greatly. fresh towels arrived each day. The hotel kept up on room supplies. i also received discounted prices on food and drink in the pub. the staff proved accomodating when circumstances necessitated extending my stay.

the bedside tables could have been larger.

The staff, including anna, sara, fabio, tom, and paul, were really good. They were always accomodating and understanding, especially with the medical issues that caused me to extend my stay daily.

The pub downstairs served good food, i found. the keypad code provided easy access to the rooms out of hours. This system added a level of security and convenience for late arrivals or early departures.

This hotel has a convenient location, approximately five minutes walk from wimbledon park underground station. this station provides access to central and southwest areas. It makes traveling around easy.

soiled carpet bathroom floor

the carpet showed many stains. the bathroom floor did not seem properly cleaned for a while. I found no electric point or light near the desk it seemed utterly useless. why use matt finish paint in communal areas I will never know

soft bed linen powerful shower warm greeting nice food

i got a lovely, clean room, the bed linen was very soft. the bathroom was clean and had a powerful shower. the bar staff greeted me warmly upon my arrival. as a guest, i received a discount on the nice food.

the room door didn't close properly, it was a minor inconvenience.
