a really great stay

friendly staffgreat foodbathroom sink
the room heating worked well i could easily adjust it to a comfortable temperature at night the staff were friendly and very helpful they quickly addressed all my needs the food in the restaurant was delicious offering great choices all day.
the bathroom sink had a small stain it didn't affect use but could use attention overall everything else was fantastic.

the room included air conditioning it also had a coffee maker.
the bathroom required more thorough cleaning i saw hair in the shower and stains above the sink the bedroom door lock was not working properly , made me uneasy.

fantastic stay!

the hotel have good position. staff are very friendly. my room was nice. breakfast was as good as always, and that is very good. i checked in on arrival at noon. communal areas was well furnished also.
the shower seat was damaged and re-sited. the old holes and tiles are cracked and broken where the seat was and not finished at all, just shoddy and unprofessional.

the staff were warm and professional. i stayed in a comfy twin room. the air conditioning was a saving grace. the restaurant food was fabulous, with quality ingredients.
the sunday lunch lacked fresh vegetables and parsnips. ordering extras increased the price. the overall quality was not worth the cost.
