some issues .
broken tvunavailable wifi
the tv in my room, a standard double room, didn't work at all! despite requests, the staff never fixed it. i also found out water is only provided on the first day, not every day though this issue got resolved later. the wifi was completely down. no reception in the room was available. no phone signal existed there either!

the parking was free and easy i had a superb view of the thames from my room the room was spacious with a juliette balcony riverside walks were accessible i found the price competitive.
my room was on the third floor the hotel has no lift the hotel looks a rather worn it is awaiting refurbishment.

the hotel bar offers seating outside it has views of the river the bar provides a relaxing atmosphere for enjoying drinks and watching boats pass there is also a breakfast hut nearby that opens early.

the hotel faces the river there is a supermarket at the fuel station within walking distance a children's play area is to the left of the pub windsor castle is a short drive from the hotel.

peeling wallpapernon-functional tv
The room felt quite dated. wallpaper was peeling in one corner. the tv also wasn't working properly. I found that irritating but i didn't bother asking for help. the staff seemed aware of the issues, so it's a widespread thing perhaps?

the location was acceptable. it was near a supermarket, convenient.
The window gasket was broken, so street noise was constant and loud. i asked to be moved or for maintenance to fix it, but they refused. i couldn't sleep and it was upsetting. I even cut my stay short.
