a haven near the heathrow
kind staff clean room good layout warm gesture
the staff were kind and helpful i would go back again the room was clean i loved every moment i spent there the room layout was very good the cleanliness was excellent. there were complimentary fizzy drinks snacks yoghurts tea coffee and water a very warm gesture from the team. the parking was easily available and the garden's layout felt fine and peaceful it was beautiful.
the bathroom feels a little small it is slightly cramped while showering

the hotel is very close to brunel university this is especially convenient for events like congregation ceremonies there are also dining and supermarket options nearby making it a convenient spot. public transport links offer easy access to the airport and other parts of the city

the top floor king room was spacious. it included effective air conditioning. the room was clean with thick comfy pillows and a nice duvet.

efficient staff charging points
the staff was helpful and efficient during check-in. parking was good, and i found several charging points very useful. i secured a spot with no issues, a great convenience..
the absence of a lift made carrying luggage up the stairs a bit challenging.

my king room included a nice, big, very comfy bed, which ensured a restful sleep. the room was a decent size, and the shower worked perfectly.

the location was acceptable near the airport.
The heating did not work, so it was freezing in the room . the bathroom window did not close properly, causing a draft..

The room was spacious and clean. i appreciated the super comfortable bed. I slept well for four nights.
