the absence of proper soundproofing was quite noticeable. i could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway, which disrupted my sleep. the lack of sound insulation detracted from the overall experience. the provided toiletries seemed rather basic and not of the quality expected from a hotel in this category..

i booked a room for two with one large bed, but i received a room with two separate beds. i found this very unpleasant. the price was too high for the quality.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. the location is right at the beach. the breakfast was also excellent and had a good variety. i also enjoyed the gym. It is compact, but has the most important equipment.
i am not sure why they charge for the spa. it makes it seem like when you book, the pool can be accessed. the gym access requires spa permission, and the hours are not long.

the staff was helpful. the front desk team were pleasant. i found the gym has all the equipment i needed. dining options are available and the gastronomy restaurant is a must try. it is very comparable to a michelin star restaurant.
the room a/c didn't go below 26. i was dying until our room got changed six hours later. i booked that place for the rooftop bar and pool. the whole roof top was out of order. i did not receive a message from the hotel telling me if anything is unavailable. this ruined my whole stay.
