the room was not very clean i found some hairs in the bathroom sink and on the floor the soundproofing was also bad i could hear the noise from the street and other rooms it disturbed my sleep especially in the morning hours

The staff seemed unhelpful when i asked for a black coffee. They said the machine was off, but i saw a staff member using it. also, i requested a late check-out and was denied, even though the website showed available rooms.

i really liked the hotel's location because i could easily walk to many restaurants and attractions. getting a taxi was also easy. the area safety was good. the staff were friendly and spoke english, really helpful (i don't speak spanish).

The room was a bit too small, and the closet space was almost nonexistent. I barely had room for my clothes.
