i really liked that the staff was so helpful, they quickly assisted with my requests. chromecast in my room was a good plus, i could watch my shows after a long day. the hairdryer also was a great surprise.
i noticed that the tourist locations are a bit far. it require some effort to reach them by public transport.

staff offered help with my bags, this made my arrival much easier. they were also able to facilitate my allergies, this ensure my meals were safe. i appreciated their attention to my needs.

the hotel is near a metro station, it makes travel easy. it is around a ten minute walk, i considered this very manageable. a taxi to the city center costs approximately €10, €12.

Mediocre stay with some issues

I found several aspects of my stay subpar. The walls were very thin. I could easily hear conversations from adjacent rooms. This lack of soundproofing made sleep difficult. The shower lacked pressure and consistent temperature. A satisfactory shower was not possible.

The staff were polite. Breakfast selection was good.
The wifi hardly worked in the room. The sound insulation was poor. I could hear everything from neighboring rooms and the hallway. I could hear street noise too. It sounded like the window was open. twice.

The room had space and felt clean. staff seemed very professional, always ready to help. breakfast offered good value. I liked the fresh croissants and the fresh orange juice from the machine. i like eggs cooked to order and pancakes.
the walls felt a little thin. i did hear some noise from neighboring rooms at times. this was a minor issue but noticeable.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel provided a very clean environment and the food was good, especially the breakfast selection. The view from the pool was amazing, particularly in the evening. I certainly appreciated the breakfast included with my stay!
The walk to the metro required walking a sloped distance. Guests with heavy luggage may need to take a taxi.

The breakfast buffet had a very good variety. It included fresh orange juice, eggs, and fruit.. The A/C in the room worked perfectly. The beds were also good.
The hotel is relatively close to the Metro Station, but you need to walk around ten minutes on a sloped distance. You may want to consider a taxi if you have big luggage.
