The location was fine. It was quite central.

i was really unhappy about the room i got. it had no ventilation at all making it uncomfortable. a staff named francesca wasnt very helpful and suggested i open a window opening to an unsafe empty yard.

The room was clean and modern. The hotel's location is great. I found it very close to the airport bus stops and only a short walk to Plaça de Catalunya. I also appreciated the excellent shower facilities. I made use of the lockers provided to store my luggage. They proved very practical.

The air conditioning was not working perfectly.

the hotel benefits from a superb location. supermarkets and restaurants surround it. transportation is accessible, with the bus to park guell stopping in front of the building. the metro station to la sagrada familia is a short walk away, taking less than fifteen minutes.

the room i selected was quite small. i was not expecting a single bed. the bathroom is proportionally bigger.

staff members were helpful. they always responded to questions with a smile. the hotel staff arranged taxis for us on a couple of occasions. i could leave luggage in lockers, which aided me greatly.
