The staff were helpful and friendly, which I appreciated.
The room felt quite dark, impacting my ability to pack efficiently in the evening. The air conditioning also struggled to cool the room adequately for comfortable sleep. I found this rather frustrating. The shower had mold, I was so disappointed.

The rooftop bar provided great city views. It was a perfect spot for relaxation after exploring. the room, a beautiful double room, was impeccably clean. i especially liked the spacious bathroom and the high-quality toiletries provided (i didn't need to use my own!).

The rooftop area with bar and sun loungers was excellent! All staff were so lovely. They even got a room with a balcony as requested. It is close to everything you'd want to see or close to the metro for easy access.
The bathroom could have been cleaner, and some tiles were moldy.
