The staff provided friendly and helpful assistance throughout my stay. one example includes quickly providing anti-slip strips for the shower when i requested a bath mat. I thought this was so efficient. their good recommendations enhanced the overall experience.

this location proved to be ideal for attending barca fest at poble espanyol. the proximity to lluis company stadium made attending the game convenient. it was also close to las ramblas, and montjuïc castle!

The Terrace room was very nice. Bed turn down service included chocolate on the pillow. I also found fresh linen daily.
More hangers were needed for clothes, only 6 in the wardrobe were not enough. (i could not hang all my shirts)

the room was great size. it included a terrace. location was close to the town centre. staff was nice and very helpful. i also appreciated that they have facilities like a spa. beds were very comfy and the sauna was perfect after a long day.
i found the room felt dated. paint was peeling above the shower. the carpet looked worn, and facilities in the hallway also. the air conditioning didn't work very well either. it could really use a good update soon.

The breakfast was excellent. I liked the variety of choices available each morning. I found the staff friendly. They were always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's location provided easy access to the port front. My room was always clean upon my return.
The television in my room seemed a bit old. I was unable to connect my media devices to it.
