The location of the hotel was very convenient (close to many attractions). My room had coffee, and that was a plus. The bathroom was beautiful. The hotel had great food available at the bar. Even vegan options were present.

Check-in was difficult. I was given a room that was supposed to be an upgrade, but the air conditioning did not work. The room was also very small. I noticed a receptionist using her personal phone during check out.

i really enjoyed the hotel's convenient location near las ramblas. the free welcome cava was a lovely touch! the pool area was a cool space. the room included shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel (always useful!).

the air conditioning in the room was slightly loud, but overall it was minor.

The staff provided quick, kind service. They swiftly upgraded my room free of charge when they noticed i looked tired. i was travelling with my child (i really appreciated this!).

the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of tasty options (especially the fresh pastries!). the pool area features comfortable sun loungers and well-kept spaces. a terrace is available, offering a relaxing outdoor area, it had very comfortable furniture.

the rooms are clean, spacious, and well-kept. the bathroom has excellent fixtures and fittings. the soundproofing created a very quiet environment. i also was upgraded to a room with two balconies and this made all the difference.

the hotel is situated very close to major attractions and shops. it is within walking distance of many tapas bars and restaurants (great for exploring local cuisine!). the central location makes it easy to get around.

The central location worked out WELL enough. Staff were friendly and helpful I guess.

My room was not what I expected. IT was quite small. I was like I was constantly waiting. I Also noticed other guests smoking on their balconies, even though that's not allowed.
