the location is central. the staff were helpful with directions. i had a room with a balcony, i used it frequently. there were lolly jars at the lifts.

the room layout was inefficient. it was not practical. the door did not reach the ceiling. that allowed for zero privacy.

this hotel has a fantastic location near top shopping spots. it was super easy to walk to the hop-on and hop-off bus station. the breakfast buffet offered a wide, excellent selection, and i thoroughly enjoyed it. the rooms, while smaller than expected, were still quite comfortable!

i found the room layout inefficient and not practical. the shower and toilet room has a transparent section with only a bit of frosted glass, and there is no lock. this setup lacks privacy for a hotel room shared by a family!!!

the location is great. it is really close to the metro station. the staff was polite and helpful with directions (they knew the area well). the rooftop terrace was nice.

the room felt quite small. we booked a regular room, but it was still smaller than expected. the bathroom was also small, with limited counter space. the pool on the roof was shallow.
