utterly convenient and relaxing stay

airport shuttle attentive staff

The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. the staff were very nice, providing really good service throughout my stay. i especially loved the free drinks. Water and juices were available in my room. i found the location perfect for my layover and easy access to car rental services.

the room description mentioned a bathtub, but my room did not include one. i wish this detail had been accurate to avoid any confusion.

The restaurant offered superb meals, both at lunch and dinner, with tasty and hot dishes. The food was AMAZING!!! the menu had good prices, and the service was friendly. I loved it.

inadequate shuttle service no blackout curtains

the shuttle service, advertised as frequent, was not. i waited almost an HOUR for it, and the reception offered no real help. also, the room had NO proper blackout curtains, so the room was light at sunrise. i EXPECTED total darkness.
