Excellent Rambla Stay

great location helpful staff appreciated gesture
The hotel is in a great location for accessing many spots. The staff were very helpful. They offered the meeting room for an important interview. It was really appreciated.
Roadwork noise was audible in the morning. I could also hear noise from La Rambla.

unbeatable location easy access friendly staff
the location is unbeatable, offering easy access to many attractions. i found plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, very convenient. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any questions i had.
it started early in the morning and continued until late at night. this definitely disrupted my sleep .

the lobby looked nice with lots of marble around. there were free sweets always available.
the staff was rude. they were not accommodating. i found this to be the worst staff of any hotel i have ever experienced. there are many better options on la rambla.

prime location clean room helpful staff free water
i found the location very easy to access various attractions. the room was clean and well maintained. staff were ready to help, which i found very useful. i also liked the free water available.
i felt the walls are a bit thin, and i could hear some noise from other guests.

Location good, but some ISSUES

poor soundproofing persistent noise
I found the noise levels HIGH. We were on a lower floor and the street noise persisted late into the night. The room faced the street, and the soundproofing was clearly not adequate for such a busy location. It made it difficult to get a decent night's sleep.
