cleanliness standards lovely staff

The gym operates 24 hours. It includes a swimming pool and a spa. A complimentary car was available in the evening for nearby journeys. The room included a fruit basket. I received a birthday cake. This was a nice detail. The staff was very attentive throughout my stay.

The minibar prices were unexpectedly high. It was quite a surprise!

i stayed in a beautiful room king for two nights. the room included a spacious bathroom with two separate sinks. i liked the inclusion of a valet box for discreet room service deliveries.

perfect service and luxurious atmosphere

luxurious service spacious room

i felt the luxurious service. the hotel's location is superb, near knightsbridge and mayfair. the room was amazing and spacious. it included a terrace partly overlooking hyde park and the winter wonderland.. the valet box allowed room service to keep items ordered when the do not disturb sign was on. i also used the car service to travel within a 2-mile radius at no additional cost. they provide rolls royces, bentleys, bmws and london green cabs.

i pre-booked arrival and departure transportation, indicating i had three large suitcases. at 4:00 am on departure, the provided vehicle was too small. this caused a stressful scramble to find an uber to heathrow. i hope transportation coordination improves, matching the hotel's overall excellence.
