A Good Gem in Shoreditch
good options helpful staff perfect location
The hotel ambience was superb. I appreciated the good options available. I found the staff quite helpful and they were great. I interacted with Rianna, who provided earl grey tea and the restaurant manager gave the perfect breakfast. My Cosy Double room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect with many excellent restaurants nearby.
I found the room ventilation lacking. I had to request cleaning through an app. This detail was not explained initially. It felt somewhat inconvenient for a hotel of this caliber.

helpful staff modern amenities convenient access
I found the staff consistently helpful. They were always ready to assist. The room featured modern amenities. These enhanced my experience. The hotel provided convenient access to local attractions. It was only a short walk to many shops and restaurants.
The room service phone number was not functioning properly.

Average stay with some issues
small room high noise
My stay had some problems. The room felt quite SMALL. It was not what I expected for the price I paid. the noise level was too HIGH. I could hear everything happening in the hallway, and it was difficult to sleep well. I'm FRUSTRATED with the poor sleep quality .

fantastic experience!
short walk spacious room accessible area nearby attraction
i loved the room setup it felt spacious and well-decorated the bathroom impressed me too the subway was a short walk less than fifteen minutes i can confirm the area is really accessible. the location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions so many opportunities for sightseeing and meals.
the only minor issue i encountered was that it sometimes took a little while to get someone's attention at the front desk especially during peak hours it did not impact my overall stay though

the fitness center provides a good workout option with several machines this includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes ensuring guests can maintain their exercise routines easily during their visit i also found fresh towels readily available.

the staff offers quick responses to requests, and i noticed they handle guest inquiries promptly i witnessed the team addressing different needs efficiently i must also mention that the check-in process was easy ensuring a smooth start.

the breakfast includes various choices, such as pastries and fresh fruit, prepared with attention to detail i saw the chefs maintain high food quality also, the coffee served is rich and aromatic, i must emphasize.
