warm roomoutside noise

The room temperature was centrally controlled. Made it too warm for sleeping. i asked for help several times, but they only gave me a fan which did little good. also, opening the windows let in a lot of noise, it made it hard to rest well. this issue really impacted my stay and made it disappointing.
