superb stay!
thoughtful server extra effort great surprise sommelier promotion
matthew was very thoughtful. he were really nice for us. i explained our plans for my girlfriend birthday. matthew surprised us with a small cake with a candle! (it was very appreciated) i recently heard about his promotion as a sommelier. i am so happy for him.
one minor point, i noticed some street noise during the evening. it was slight, but noticeable from my room. this did not impact the overall quality of my stay.

the room was spacious and well equipped. there were two separate sinks in the bathroom and a large rainfall shower. the curtains block most of the light.

the hotel provides easy access to several key areas. oxford circus, soho, and mayfair are all within walking distance. many galleries and historic sites are located close to the building.

afternoon tea crystal moon lounge lapsang souchong tea brewed tea boring interiors round chandelier
I savored the afternoon tea they have at the crystal moon lounge. that setting is beautiful, and the service i got there was really good. i also liked the lapsang souchong tea. It was brewed really good.
i booked a table at the wintergarden, and i was not very impressed. the interiors seems boring, and it lacks the refinement other hotels has. the giant round chandelier appears tacky and looks like something from a shopping center.

Wonderful stay in a Garden Suite
warm welcome spacious room attentive staff
I felt warmly welcomed. The room exceeded my expectations. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff were attentive, catering to my needs with efficiency and friendliness throughout my stay.
It occasionally disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere of the room, though it was not constant. i think soundproofing improvements would benefit future guests.

the suite featured a large king-size bed with premium linens and plush pillows. There was also a separate seating area with comfortable sofas and a work desk, perfect for relaxation or business. The bathroom included a soaking tub and a separate rainfall shower.

i had breakfast at the Northall restaurant, it offered a wide selection of options. The service was attentive, and the food was of high quality, it made for a pleasant start to the day. Freshly squeezed juices and a variety of pastries are available.

smooth check-in great service
The check-in process was smooth. The staff managed it quickly. The room was well-designed, with ample space. I also enjoyed the breakfast at Kerridges, it was of high quality and the service was great.

attentive staff amazing location great breakfast
i had the most amazing time! the staff anticipated every need, amazing. the hotel's location let me see many sights. the breakfast had so many great options and the quality blew my mind!
The room's temperature control was off. I struggled to set a comfy temperature and it kept fluctuating during the night, annoying.

the garden suite room was really spacious, it offered a separate sitting area. the bathroom included both a deep soaking tub and a walk-in shower which was so fancy. i loved the high-end toiletries, like, who doesn't love that?!

kerridge's bar & grill had a great atmosphere with tasty options. the breakfast buffet presented fresh pastries and hot dishes. i tried a special cocktail at the velvet bar and the bartender crafted it perfectly, so nice!

faulty temperature control inconsistent minibar service
the location was convenient for exploring central attractions the staff were friendly
the room's temperature control was faulty i couldn't get it to cool down properly the minibar was not restocked daily as promised i had to call multiple times each day to request items and the service was slow and inconsistent the lack of attention to this detail was frustrating
