convenient location easy sightseeing friendly staff helpful staff clean room comfortable room faulty phone missing gowns unappealing view
the hotel is located right next to aldgate station. this made sightseeing very easy. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was super clean and cozy.
the phone in my room did not work upon arrival. i requested gowns, as the room was listed as having them. the view from my room overlooked the train station and an office building.

Adequate, but Some Issues Noted

slow shower drain limited minibar
My experience had a few hiccups. The shower drain was quite slow. Water pooled around my feet. The room phone didn't work, so contacting reception required a trip to the lobby. I also found the minibar selection limited. I expected more variety, especially considering the price point. It was not a HUGE deal, but a bit frustrating.

modern facilities spacious room
the location was superb, very close to the underground station. the room i stayed in was quite spacious with modern facilities. the room was a beautiful botolph king and the experience was seamless.

fantastic stay!

unbeatable location attentive staff wonderful view
the location is just unbeatable. it's a quick walk to the underground station. the staff were attentive. i had a wonderful view of nearby skyscrapers too!
the tv had limited smart channels, a bit disappointing for a modern hotel. i would have liked more entertainment options in the room.

I noticed the hotel restaurant was open and seemed quite popular. The aroma of fresh meals filled the air. It was to be well-staffed. the dining area looked really tidy.

the reception staff were helpful and polite throughout my stay. they addressed all my questions efficiently and always greeted me with a smile. their warm hospitality was AMAZING!!!
