helpful staff warm staff clean room comfortable room free breakfast cold room broken heating shared ironing room early wake-up
the staff were helpful and warm. the room were super clean and cozy even though i couldn't open the window blinds. breakfast was good for fueling my day, i will say it was on par for being free and nothing particularly special.
the room was cold and the heating didn't work. there was no ironing board or iron in room, and i had to use a shared ironing room. i was woken up at 07:20 by cleaners knocking on the door.

Elena's assistance at the front desk was greatly appreciated. The hotel's proximity to Heathrow T5 made travel easy, and nearby shops were convenient. Our room was very tidy. The cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel were quite noticeable.
I noticed that some of the staff members seemed somewhat indifferent, and i found it a little challenging to understand them at times.

The staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to assist guests with a SMILE. Their readiness to address inquiries was apparent, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction and a generally positive attitude. I found the service to be efficient.

Breakfast offered a good variety of options, with both hot and cold selections. I found the Lebanese lounge attached to the hotel a GREAT addition. It provided a unique dining experience with excellent food and a pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel's location allows quick access to the M4 motorway. I appreciated the UBER link kiosk located in the lobby. I also appreciated its strategic location near the airport. Buses were plentiful, facilitating easy transit.

the staff was lovely. sharon attended to us and she was polite, professional, and respectful. the food was awesome, though i wished for more vegetables at breakfast.
we booked a standard room with two single beds. we requested a quiet room, but we ended up in an adjoining family room on the road side. traffic noise was present all day and night.

misleading connection mediocre food
the inclusive breakfast had a good variety of options.
i was frustrated that the hotel suggested it has a connection to terminal 5. this is misleading because it is a 10+ minute drive. there were also very few places nearby to eat so i was stuck with the hotel restaurant, i found it overpriced and the food was mediocre.

Elena was helpful and shared wonderful tips for exploring london. the hotel provided covered parking, which gave me such peace of mind. the location is very convenient. The airport is easily accessible. i found the staff very kind, especially felix in the dining area. He. the bp pulse ev charging station was a wonderful amenity. It made traveling much easier. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of items, and the fresh juice was a lovely touch!
i noticed very slight dust in the corners of the room.

spacious room large shower tasty selection amazing staff
the spacious disabled room included a very large walk in shower. i found the fluffy towels and pillows to be luxurious after a long flight. breakfast included a hot and tasty selection with plenty of options available. the staff were amazing, including check in staff, bar people, and waitresses. the costa team did a fantastic job, showing excellent service all round
the hotel is a little further away from terminal 5 than i expected. however, there are plenty of taxis waiting at the terminal.

the hotel is situated in an area with easy access to public transport. bus stops are very close providing convenient connections to the airport and surrounding areas. i noticed the convenience store across the street, it offers essential items and snacks.

twin room three-pin socket breakfast choice useful amenities
I was impressed by the twin room I booked for one night. A three-pin socket was conveniently placed by one bed. The breakfast bar had a decent choice of food and drink. The room included both an iron and a hairdryer, which I found useful.
The hotel is not very close to terminal 5 despite its name. It takes more than a 10-minute drive.

The inclusive breakfast offers good variety. Suman was very helpful in supplying plant milk. Margarine was also provided at breakfast. The restaurant ensures a satisfactory dining experience.
