Elena was helpful and shared wonderful tips for exploring london. the hotel provided covered parking, which gave me such peace of mind. the location is very convenient. The airport is easily accessible. i found the staff very kind, especially felix in the dining area. He. the bp pulse ev charging station was a wonderful amenity. It made traveling much easier. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of items, and the fresh juice was a lovely touch!
i noticed very slight dust in the corners of the room.

the spacious disabled room included a very large walk in shower. i found the fluffy towels and pillows to be luxurious after a long flight. breakfast included a hot and tasty selection with plenty of options available. the staff were amazing, including check in staff, bar people, and waitresses. the costa team did a fantastic job, showing excellent service all round
the hotel is a little further away from terminal 5 than i expected. however, there are plenty of taxis waiting at the terminal.

the hotel is situated in an area with easy access to public transport. bus stops are very close providing convenient connections to the airport and surrounding areas. i noticed the convenience store across the street, it offers essential items and snacks.

I was impressed by the twin room I booked for one night. A three-pin socket was conveniently placed by one bed. The breakfast bar had a decent choice of food and drink. The room included both an iron and a hairdryer, which I found useful.
The hotel is not very close to terminal 5 despite its name. It takes more than a 10-minute drive.
