Romantic Stay Near Hyde Park
wonderful locationfriendly staffgreat breakfastfirm bed
The hotel offered a wonderful location very close to Hyde Park. I could easily take evening strolls. The staff were friendly and ready to help. I especially loved Stella. She helped us print boarding passes. Breakfast had great variety too.
The bed was a bit firm. the pillows were large and hard. I found the room a little small, with limited space to put my belongings. I had difficulty finding a manager to address my concerns.

The breakfast offered a good variety of choices. I saw fresh fruit. pastries, and hot items available each morning. The tea service looked amazing, though I didn't have time to try it.

tired decorloud noises
The room looked quite tired. The decor needed a refresh to be more appealing. The beds were clean, yet they looked unmade upon arrival as if someone had just left them. Loud noises from behind the hotel disturbed me during the night. Staff members shouted to each other during what I assume was a cleaning process.

great locationfood varietystained carpetshot air
the hotel's location was great, very close to hyde park. breakfast was also good, especially the variety of foods offered.
The room felt a little run down. I noticed stained carpets. the ac wasn't working properly, it was only blowing out hot air.
