slow breakfast service unfriendly staff

the location was acceptable as it was close to several attractions.

The breakfast service proved quite slow. It often took an excessive amount of time to receive even simple orders. the staff in the restaurant during the evening seemed rather unfriendly. moreover, the omelet i ordered was honestly disgusting. I could barely eat any of it.

warm welcome friendly staff

the welcome was super friendly and warm. the staff remembered me from a previous visit, it felt special. breakfast at the gamebird had friendly staff too, i adored david.

the gym access was advertised with a partnership, but i couldn't use it. i found a gym on my own instead, it wasn't a huge problem.

morning newspapers prompt service excellent care

The morning newspapers were a welcome touch I particularly enjoyed the promptness of the in room dining service. The staff throughout the hotel demonstrated excellent care I found this excellent. Their full English breakfast was the best start to my days.

The wine selection by the glass was limited.

The staff were very kind and helpful at reception. Benoit in the american bar was very gracious to give me a summary of his experiences. i am so grateful for the effort and time that everyone gave to. thank you all so much!

the service at breakfast was really slow, and not super precise, it took a good 15 minutes just to get served coffee, and then another 15-20 for the main course.

The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a charming american bar with delicious food and drinks. I especially enjoyed the ambiance there. the staff ensured i felt the real atmosphere. It was so cute!

the location is just great and easily walkable to many sights, especially spencer house on a sunday. it's also on a quiet street, i hardly knew i was in the city! public transport is accessible too.

the beautiful king room included ample closet space, and it was also well appointed. the room featured comfortable furniture, and it was very neat. the rooms were spacious and very clean.

superb lodging experience

helpful staff thoughtful gesture

I found the staff helpful. my room was upgraded upon arrival, a very thoughtful gesture. i certainly plan to return soon for another visit. Its location offers great convenience. the bar area had a nice outdoor space.

during my stay, i found that the breakfast setup could use some improvement. charging extra for a single slice of toast seemed a bit much. i hope they consider including breakfast in the room price or offer a fixed-price option.
