The location proves very convenient. I found black out blinds useful for sleep. Various lighting settings was a plus. I liked the hotel felt secure during the nights.
The green night light proved disruptive, I could not properly cover it up and the room was not dark enough.

The room included several lighting options to adjust the ambiance. Blackout blinds were a great addition, it really helped to darken the room. There was a nice size TV mounted on the wall.

Staff ensured the facilities were very clean . They were efficient during check-in, they managed to accommodate me before the official time. The hotel smelled fresh, this.

the location was superb. the staff were friendly and efficient. the room included complimentary bottled water, a nice touch. i also appreciated the powerful air conditioning.
The room size was quite small. Storage space for luggage proved challenging.

the hotel is near covent garden, trafalgar square and leicester square. the tube direct from heathrow is only a few minutes walk away. it allows for easy access to many attractions.
