the location is really ideal for transport links. i found it very close to the dlr and jubilee lines. it was roughly a fifteen minute walk to the abba arena too (this was my main reason for visiting!). rituals toiletries were provided in the room. this was a nice touch.

i found a long black hair in the bed when i arrived. the wifi stopped working in the morning. i could not work from my room as i planned. the tv guide on the tv also did not work.

the staff was nice and they helped me when i asked. the location is ok for getting around.

the room was not clean enough. i saw some stains on the bed base and hairs on the mattress protector so i did not feel safe. there was also lots of dust around the edges of the room, even on the skirting boards and this made ME cough. the shower grouting needs bleach

The staff was awesome. They were helpful, fun, and professional. The location is great for visiting the Olympic Park. The restaurant looked nicely setup. The courtyard was a nice little oasis.
