The location is great! It is SO close to many attractions. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I especially liked that the room was spacious and clean.

The open bathroom layout presented some issues. It lacked privacy, especially the shower area, impacting the overall comfort. finding outlets was a challenge.

The room setup was odd. The sink was in the middle of the room. It felt cramped. The floor was dirty, and I found bugs, I put a glass over one. USB outlets were broken which reduced the total number of usable outlets.

speedy process great access personal touch

the staff helped me immediately with a smile. i appreciated the speedy check-in process and assistance with my luggage. the hotel location made it easy to access nearby attractions. the staff remembered my name, a NICE personal touch.

the in-room movies came with a fee. i reminded me of this detail was not clearly communicated.

helpful staff comfortable bar great atmosphere

The security staff were very helpful, especially Olu. I appreciated the bar area. It provided both comfort and entertainment. I also found the music added to the atmosphere.

The photobooth camera wasn't printing photos, and I love a printed photo memoir. It was a bit disappointing.
