The front desk staff was wonderful. They greeted me warmly upon arrival. The location is excellent (everything is so close!).

bubbly glass birthday cake easy access amazing staff

The staff greeted me with a glass of bubbly upon arrival. My room included wine, balloons and even a small birthday cake. The location provided easy access to restaurants and attractions. The front desk staff was amazing!

The gym needs to be better equipped.

fantastic location friendly staff secure area tired furnishings worn carpet slow check-in

the location was fantastic. i found lots of restaurants and shopping within a few minutes walk. staff were friendly and they held our bags in a secure area after i checked out.

Really tired furnishings and worn carpet were present in the premium room i paid extra for. there was also no milk in the room. What is the point of the tea and coffee making facilities? it took at least 15 minutes to check in. That was really not what i wanted after a long journey.

central location efficient check-in tidy room comfortable stay

i appreciated the hotel's central location close to many attractions theaters and restaurants were nearby the check-in process was very fast and efficient the staff welcomed me warmly and handled everything quickly my room was cleaned daily and kept very tidy the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job ensuring a comfortable stay

the elevator was a little slow i noticed it took some time to arrive at my floor

dirty bathroom floor ill-fitting curtains

The central location was acceptable. It provided easy access to nearby attractions.

The room i was assigned was quite disappointing. the bathroom floor wasn't clean, and there were stains all over the carpet, really off putting. the noise from outside was very loud at night because the curtains didn't properly fit the window. this made it hard to get a good night's sleep. It wasn't great.
