The staff greeted me with a glass of bubbly upon arrival. My room included wine, balloons and even a small birthday cake. The location provided easy access to restaurants and attractions. The front desk staff was amazing!

the location was fantastic. i found lots of restaurants and shopping within a few minutes walk. staff were friendly and they held our bags in a secure area after i checked out.

Really tired furnishings and worn carpet were present in the premium room i paid extra for. there was also no milk in the room. What is the point of the tea and coffee making facilities? it took at least 15 minutes to check in. That was really not what i wanted after a long journey.

the elevator was a little slow i noticed it took some time to arrive at my floor

The central location was acceptable. It provided easy access to nearby attractions.

The room i was assigned was quite disappointing. the bathroom floor wasn't clean, and there were stains all over the carpet, really off putting. the noise from outside was very loud at night because the curtains didn't properly fit the window. this made it hard to get a good night's sleep. It wasn't great.
