i found the staff helpful . harvey assisted me greatly with directions and local tips. the room was clean (which is a must for me) and very comfortable after long days. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast, especially the tea selection.
the corridors had heavy doors that sometimes closed loudly. (it was a minor inconvenience).

my invoice included an added discretionary service charge. i felt some prior discussion about it would have been beneficial. CLEARLY, a little transparency goes a long way.

The staff displayed really good customer service from arrival. The hotel provides quick access to the South Kensington tube station, located in a quiet area. Staff promptly delivered an iron with an ironing board upon request. Concierges provided amazing recommendations for dinners and assisted with reservations, including The Sky Garden.
I found the room lacked drawer space for clothing storage. There was no dedicated area to store clothes that did not need to be hung.

I found the staff very helpful and cute. my room included complimentary bottled water, which i thought was a nice touch. the bathroom featured both a shower and a bathtub, a great feature. i also used the complimentary wifi. The connection was stable (surprisingly!).
the in-room coffee machine was a pod system, not my personal favorite.
