The location was convenient. It was basically next door to olympia. i had a beautiful double room and was happy with my stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. i also appreciated the complimentary waters, tea, and coffee that were replenished daily.
The shower arrangement over the bath was a bit disappointing. Water sprayed easily all over the sink area.

The reception staff were very nice. They were helpful . i found the breakfast staff amazing and efficient, especially during busy times. staff members seemed to have a good knowledge of the area.

Breakfast offered a wide variety to suit every possible taste. It catered to all the nationalities staying. the restaurant was easily accessed and comfortable. Costa coffee is conveniently located off the main lobby.

i found the staff very helpful during check-in. the attentive assistance. the location is superb with several subway stations nearby. this made traveling to major tourist attractions easy and quick. i appreciated the effort to ensure i had a comfortable stay.
the room i stayed in suffered noise from traffic outside. better soundproofing is needed. the shower had high water pressure , made it impossible not to flood the bathroom. perhaps a different style shower head would work better.
