I found a few issues. The room was quite cold upon arrival. After I alerted reception, a blanket was brought immediately. It got VERY cold at 3 AM because someone had left the window open! This occurred again the next day. A strange odor lingered, and I discovered a vape. This is disappointing as the hotel is advertised as smoke-free.

the room was clean and modern. wifi was fast enough for streaming, a good feature. staff are friendly, i liked that. breakfast was included and great. the 24/7 desk staff were always happy to help.
my room wasnt close to the other despite my request via email. the hotel location is a little dismal. the air conditioning was very noisy so i did without. i didnt like it.
