Many find the rooms spacious, especially the family rooms, and appreciate the facilities, such as the heated indoor pool and games room. uninterested staff inedible vegetables
the recently refurbished rooms were a highlight and seemed well maintained.
I was disappointed to find several issues . the bar staff in the shakespeare bar seemed uninterested in serving guests, a negative point. the food quality also fell short. The steamed vegetables were undercooked to the point of being inedible.
