Karolina khawaja, a wonderful staff member, upgraded my friend and me. she ensured our stay was perfect. the rooms are beautiful, and the staff are pleasant and helpful! breakfast was lovely. The staff were pretty good.

some dimmer switches in the room did not function properly! this made lighting difficult. the room was either too bright or too dark. this should be addressed quickly.
