adequate stay
excellent reception good location dusty room musty carpet
the location was quite good (i really enjoyed exploring the nearby area). the reception staff were excellent. i appreciated their assistance.
the room was very dusty when i arrived. i also found that the corridor carpet had a musty smell, needing replacement. (it was a bit off-putting)

The location near the elizabeth line was convenient. i found the bar service efficient. the room included contemporary decor and a chaise lounge seating area. Though I was only there a few nights, the seating was lovely and appreciated, stylish room, chaise lounge

a tender stay in canary wharf
clean room helpful staff underground access convenient shops
I found the room clean. the staff were helpful and courteous. They really attended to every detail. the location allowed very easy access to the underground station. i also appreciated the nearby shops and restaurants. They were convenient.
the room temperature controls did not seem to function effectively, though i set them to the coolest setting.

The reception staff were very friendly, providing directions and assistance. Their cute attitude made the check-in process simple. the concierge offered clear guidance, helping me navigate nearby attractions. the service was perfect, though!

The beautiful room included a king-sized bed with premium bedding. the bathroom had ample counter space and high-quality toiletries were available. the room also included blackout curtains, ensuring a restful sleep. It was lovely.

The hotel is close to train and tube stations, offering easy access to the city center. This made exploring easy. numerous shops and restaurants are nearby. the dock views provide a scenic backdrop for an evening stroll.

comfortable bed ample space fresh towels efficient climate control
i found our room to be spacious with a comfortable bed. the hotel provided fresh towels daily, i appreciated that. the closet had ample space for our belongings. the climate control worked efficiently, maintaining a pleasant temperature in the room.
the ice machine on our floor was out of service .

the hotel is near bars and restaurants. activities are available nearby. the o2 arena is easily accessible (i almost forgot my opera glasses!).

a reasonable stay
friendly staff comfortable bed toilet issue loud rumble
i found the staff really friendly. they were very helpful and polite . the hotel was clean, and the beds were comfortable (i slept soundly each night). the location is in a nice area, quite close to the tube line.
The toilet in my room seemed to have some issues. it could only handle a small amount of toilet paper at a time, a bit inconvenient. also, i thought the underground system was quite loud. I could hear a rumble on my floor.

a balanced experience.
smooth check-in water view design flaw shower curtain
he explained how we could get to the show via tube and uber boat. check-in was smooth, and tom kept us informed throughout the process. the room had a nice water view.
i found no one at the front door when i arrived, so i had to find my way to reception with my bags. (reception is located up a flight of stairs). rooms are not bad, but the bathrooms need refurbishment. shower curtains feel out of place in a five-star hotel, to me.
