The family room was exactly as shown. It was practical with a very quirky toilet. The area was the best part because I could walk to many sights and easily take the underground. I walked to trafalgar and covent garden. I went over the bridge to the London eye.

The room was a little noisy. I could hear some street noise.

The location offered superb access to major attractions. It made our explorations so easy. I found the 24-hour coffee service wonderful. This perk enhanced our mornings. The laundry facility was quite practical, a convenient feature for travelers like us.

The location was good though you can hear a little street noise.

The room was not well maintained. The hair dryer didn't work, and the replacement dryer also shut off when used on high. The shower head shot water to the side which put water droplets on the mirror.

I found the location to be excellent. It's close to many attractions and tube stations. The studio room had ample space for me. I appreciated the comfortable bed.

the tea bags and milk were not refilled in the room. I had to get these items from the lobby.

My studio apartment had a good sized fridge and dishwasher. There was also a kettle and toaster for easy meal preparation. The bed was comfortable, i think a good night's sleep is guarateed. The bathroom included both a bath and shower.

I consider the staff very helpful and efficient. They assisted me well with directions. I found their service quick and polite. Any questions that i had were answered promply.

The location was excellent. trafalgar square was just around the corner. Embankment station was very close. the kitchenette in my studio room had everything needed. it included a fridge and cooking equipment.

the bathroom exhaust fan didn't seem to work very well.
