The room was very spacious. it had a small kitchen, very convenient. There was a cafe next door in addition to a souvenir and grocery store. This allowed us to easily buy breakfast and water. The hotel was also within walking distance of the eye.

The shower plug hole made quite a bit of noise at night. It sounded like drain noises whenever anyone used water which unfortunately disturbed my sleep.

I found some aspects of my stay rather disappointing. The absence of daily room cleaning was unusual for a hotel of this supposed caliber. The bathroom products provided were of substandard quality and insufficient in quantity. These shortcomings detracted from what should have been a seamless experience.

The location is excellent for visiting key attractions. The hotel's proximity to the London Eye and Westminster is very convenient. A café is located next door and a souvenir shop is also close.

I experienced some noise coming from the shower drain during the night. The sound occurred when other guests used water, disrupting my sleep.

i found easy self check-in. a room upgrade was such a pleasant surprise. the aircon worked so good, not like other places. getting around was easy with buses and the tube nearby.

the shower hose was a little broken. personnel fixed it quick but not the best start. it wasn't a major problem.
